Tam-Marion Lam is Warren Real Estate’s Vice President of Operations. Tam’s lead responsibilities include operations management, client services, marketing, business performance, career development, HR and training. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2007, joining Warren Real Estate after returning to her hometown of Ithaca, NY after working abroad in Southeast Asia. Prior to Warren Real Estate, Tam worked as an Educator and Trainer for The Center for Foreign Affairs and Languages Training, and American Pacific University in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam. Multi lingual in 3 languages, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Cortland and a TESL certification from University of Buffalo. Tam is also a licensed NYS Real Estate Associate Broker and plays an active role with the Ithaca Board of Realtors as board member and RPAC Chair. Tam is also pleased to serve on the Executive Committee for the Friends of Ithaca College, Board of Directors for LLH and past board member for the Society of Human Resource Management of Tompkins County (SHRMTC). Having worked and traveled all over the globe, Tam is knowledgeable in a variety of global systems and business practices. But more significantly, she is very keen to the importance of local business ownership and development.
