I grew up in Westchester County with extended family in Ithaca. Even as a rambunctious kid I never did mind the four-hour drives for our visits, Ithaca always just felt right to me. I began living here when I arrived at Ithaca College as a freshman. I’ll never forget my first few weeks, my new friends and I explored as many of the local parks and trails as we had time for and I felt right at home in this beautiful place. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in Still Photography, I went a totally different way and followed my life-long passion, golf. I became a PGA apprentice and worked at some of our country’s premier golf facilities in Utah, California, and Texas. Working in golf taught me the importance of quality client focused service, attention to detail, honesty, confidence, and planning. While my passion for golf is still a part of me, along the way, I decided that I wanted to serve my community in a more substantial way, a way that could have meaningful impact on people’s lives. After much consideration, I realized that real estate would afford me the opportunity to guide people through one of the most important and stressful transactions of their lives. I returned to Ithaca to settle down and purchased my first home downtown. Whether you’re new to the area or you’ve been here for years, I can help you find a property that you feel a connection with–a place you can truly call home. As a former student in the area, I had the unique experience of living in many parts of Ithaca. My first-hand experience of these neighborhoods enables me to share these neighborhoods with you with the insight true native. Buying and selling real estate can be a daunting and time-consuming process. Helping my clients buy or sell their homes efficiently and for the right price and terms is my number one priority. As a trained photographer, I have a number of techniques that can help position your property in a way that captures its full potential. My hobbies include mountain biking, skiing, carpentry, and cars. I also enjoy cooking, spending time with my beagle, golf, and reading graphic novels. I am an Assistant Coach with the Ithaca College Ski Team, and I can ride a unicycle, though I’ve never tried both at the same time. My favorite quote is one from President Abraham Lincoln, he said, “Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” This is my approach to Real Estate; every one of your goals is accomplishable with comprehensive planning and precise execution, and I pledge both of these to you.
