Deanna is a life-long resident of the area and holds a History B.A. from Ithaca College. In addition to loving history, Deanna has also always had an interest in real estate. Loving each of these fields, one of Deanna’s favorite quotes is “real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.”-Franklin D. Roosevelt. Deanna has taken this quote to heart, put it into practice, and over the years has transformed her interest in real estate into a career in sales, as well as property management and personal investment in real estate. Many of Deanna’s existing skills have transferred well into real estate sales and property management. Selling and managing property has underscored the importance of always being organized and prepared. In fact, you will almost always find Deanna with spare light bulbs, batteries, a screw driver and other essential odds and ends related to property management. Aside from her involvement in real estate, Deanna is also a wife, mother and lover of all things old, especially houses! She also has a dog named Hudson and two cats, aptly named Lewis and Clark.
