Born and raised in the small town of Norwich, NY- Adrienne brings a unique perspective to real estate. Having been fortunate enough to live in both urban and rural areas, Adrienne is able to blend her experiences to offer her clients insight and understanding in many different environments.
After a successful career in the hospitality and events industry, Adrienne began her career in real estate in February of 2015 when she joined the Kate Seaman Team as a marketing and office manager. With this behind the scenes look at real estate, Adrienne realized that her varied skill set and previous career experiences seemed tailor made for the industry.
Adrienne approach to real estate and her clients can be summarized with these three principles.
1. Anticipate their needs: A core value in the service industry is to always be one step ahead of a guests’ needs and the same is true in real estate. Adrienne wants her clients to feel well informed and prepared at every step of the way.
2. Stand out: With a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Adrienne realizes the importance of savvy marketing and the importance of utilizing progressive strategies when marketing a home. Each home has a story to tell and Adrienne is committed to making sure that story is heard.
3. Continue to listen: As an advocate for her clients, Adrienne’s most important priority is to listen to her clients and provide them with relevant solutions. However, it goes further than that- Adrienne also believes that one must continue to listen to the market and continue to educate oneself as the industry is constantly evolving and changing.
